1. Tax Manager CIS
Oriflame is now looking for a Tax Manager CIS to further strengthen Regional Finance team in Moscow.
Responsibilities:
-Annual review of the tax implications and tax compliance of the Oriflame Success Plan (SP) remunerations to sales consultants in all CIS countries where Oriflame is present;
-Support RFDs and VP finance in tax matters;
-Participating and organising the tax audit and tax litigation defense in all CIS countries where Oriflame is present;
-Making sure that all Transfer Price (TP) documentation is completed on time;
-Reviewing and approving the quarterly tax provisions and litigation report;
-Communicates results of tax research in various areas such as income, indirect, withholding or customs tax to provide business decision-makers with proposals for consideration;
-Work with global tax team and external counsel/tax advisors as needed to manage tax risks;
-Monitor and review the changes in legislation. Propose the changes required in reporting and activities;
-Coordinate the cooperation with external consultants getting efficiency of the consultancy.
Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax or finance;
-At least 5 years prior successful experience in tax field;
-Big 4 experience would be an advantage, but industrial experience (FMCG, retail, pharma etc) is essential;
-Fluent English and Russian languages;
-Supervisory / team leading experience would be a plus;
-Attentive to details, great at multi-tasking person with strong communication skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Oriflame Cosmetics Russia is announcing a new open vacancy in Internal Communications Department CIS - Graphic Designer, Moscow based. -Creative concepts and visual graphics creation for all kinds of POS-materials;
-Preparing presentations templates (design, infographics);
-Degree in design, professional trainings, must follow trends in the industry;

Oriflame Cosmetics Russia is happy to announce a new open vacancy - Global Distribution Center Director, Moscow region based (Noginsk).
The key role is to ensure best in terms of service and costs operations for the major clients - markets Russia and Belarus. GDC operations include: Warehousing, Customs & Regulatory, Transportation, Customer Service, Fulfillment operations and Budgeting. Based on the Service Level Agreement with the markets he or she is monitoring all aspects of business cooperation between GDC and Client. Customer focus, communication, coordination and execution are key factors for success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Manage Group Distribution Center in line with company targets and the strategy
-Manage the team of 8 direct reports and apr 150 people (excl 3PL personnel)
-Prepare plans, budgets and monitor service level
-Establish and ensure the execution of operational policies, standards and procedures for the warehouse & pick and pack line.
-Ensure full compliance with all appropriate government agencies including trade regulations -Maintains cost controls in adherence to GDC budgets
-Ensure 100% fulfillment of center’ capacities
-Provides appropriate management reports and metrics
-Ensures Customer focus and orientation according to and exceeding the company requirements
-Leads distribution teamwork, collaboration and support needs of customer service, transportation, sales, finance and other supply chain departments as required
-Drive continuous improvement of processes and cost -Complete understanding of fulfillment and warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, storage operations, pick and pack, transport, returns, inventory control and facility maintenance and security
-Proven abilities in driving continuous improvement projects
-Ability to establish teamwork while managing a dynamic change environment
-Higher education preferably in economics or finance (institute or university degree), MBA or EMBA or Supply Chain Education will be considered as the plus
-Fluent English and Russian
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Strong Customer orientation
-PC knowledge of various software programs including Microsoft Office
-Must be ready to work in Noginsk (Moscow region).
